Information we collect
When you send a quotation request or product inquiry, we may collect the contact and company information you provide, country or region, product interest, quantity, technical requirements, OEM requirements, messages and any reference file you choose to attach.
The inquiry form may also record the page you submitted from, referrer and campaign parameters such as UTM values. These fields help us understand which product or campaign generated the inquiry.
How we use inquiry information
We use this information to review your pump or OEM requirements, respond to the inquiry, prepare technical or commercial follow-up, and maintain a record of the business conversation. We do not ask you to include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive personal information in an RFQ.
Service providers
The website may use hosting, anti-spam, email-delivery and CRM or workflow providers to process an inquiry on behalf of YARDPUMP. Our service providers receive only the information needed to deliver and manage your request.
Reference files
Accepted file types and size limits are shown on the inquiry form. Only upload documents that are needed to evaluate the product, specification, drawing or packaging request and that you are authorized to share.
Retention and access
Inquiry information is retained only as long as needed to respond to your request, support the customer relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
Questions or requests
If you have a privacy question about information you submitted, use the YARDPUMP contact channel and identify the inquiry or business conversation so the request can be matched to the relevant record.
