Sewage Pumps

Start with the liquid and solids. Compare the current clean and dirty water range, and identify when the duty requires a dedicated sewage, cutter or grinder pump.

Before You Choose

Before You Choose

Use these points to compare the water, installation and operating requirements before choosing a model.

The models shown here are compact clean-and-dirty-water drainage pumps. They are not presented as cutter or grinder pumps; particle size alone does not establish suitability for fibers, sand or sewage.

01

Identify What Is in the Water

Particle size is only one part of the decision. Fibers, sand and sewage may require a different pump design.

Common Questions

Questions to Check Before You Choose

Can these pumps handle toilet waste?

Do not select them for toilet waste from the category name alone. The listed models are drainage pumps for water with soft particles, not dedicated sewage, cutter or grinder pumps.

Does a 25 mm particle limit include sand or long fibers?

No. A soft-particle size limit does not establish abrasion resistance or the ability to handle long fibers. Describe the debris so the pump type can be checked.
